Setting up custom dashboards and monthly reports that work for you

Siteimprove reports don’t have to feel overwhelming and confusing. We can customize your dashboards and reports so you get just the information you’re looking for in your inbox every month!

Anyone who has access to Siteimprove, and is an active content editor for their site, should receive a Quality Assurance (QA) report and an Analytics report at the beginning of every month. If you work on multiple sites, the number of reports you receive each month may clutter up your inbox. In this case, we suggest you consider having a custom dashboard set up.

Dashboards can be set up and tailored to your specific needs. Almost any widget (nearly 500) that Siteimprove uses – from any module – can be added to a custom dashboard. This includes data from the QA, Accessibility, Marketing Analytics, and SEO modules. Once your custom dashboard is set up, you will have the option to receive one report emailed (per site) that contains data from just the widgets that are included within that dashboard.

If you prefer to keep your reports separate, we can customize your dashboard however you’d like with any widget that’s included as part of a specific module within Siteimprove. Additionally, if you would like to have reports emailed to you on a different day of the month, please let us know.
